What is the status of my order?

Once you place an order, please allow 5 business days for processing before your order is shipped via USPS. We will update you via email for each status of your order. Please contact us at magnoliamadecandleco@gmail.com if you ever have any concerns with the status of your order.

How long will it take me to get my order?

Typically, most domestic orders will arrive within 5-7 business days once shipped via USPS.

Magnolia Made Candle Co. is not liable or responsible for any delays, re-routes, or failed deliveries of your package once shipped.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We only ship within domestic USA.

Can I cancel or change my order?

We only offer alterations within 24 hours after placing your order. If you need to change or cancel your order after it has already been placed, please email us immediately at magnoliamadecandleco@gmail.com so we can adjust before shipping out your order!

When will an item be back in stock?

We update our in-stock items as soon as they become available. We will update our email sign-up recipients, as well as our social media pages @magnoliamadecandleco
